Both Pyth and Witnet are able to easily perform their duties due to the fact that both oracles aren't reliant on the chain its reporting data to. This is a massively undervalued feature and can be exceptionally important in a bull market period.

Pyth and Witnet both aggregate data very differently. First and foremost, there doesn't seem to be a clear filter for data that is outlying when it's reported in Pythnet. For Witnet, data is filtered out immediately when its recognized beyond a reasonable threshold.
